WAYVE Foundation organised it’s first in-person workshop with batch III of MHI Leadership and Capacity Building Training participants in Ranchi (Jharkhand) from 1st September 2023 to 3rd September 2023.

The 3-day workshop was aimed at Building and Sustaining leadership in women from marginalized communities. The workshop began with a healing-counselling session where everyone shared their life experiences and trauma in a safe and non-judgmental environment. The workshop came to an end with a small cultural event where everyone mingled with each other and celebrated together.
